Co-founder of the Open Mind Institute and initiating trainer of the Personal Mastery – Meaningful Work course at the University for Peace.

Since 2004, freelance consultant in the profit and non-profit areas. Specialized in team development, vision and key concept development, Corporate Identity, initiating and supporting innovation processes in groups.

Founder of the Academy of Visionautics.
