Trained in advertising sales at the DORLAND GWA advertising agency, Berlin.
Studied Communication Science, Advertising, Marketing and Publishing in Berlin. Lecturer in Social Marketing and Social Management at the Institute of Social and Economic Communication at the Berlin University of the Arts for 12 years.
Additional qualifications
Completed a three-year course in Gestalt therapy and further training courses in NLP, Bioenergetics, Provocative Therapy and bodywork related to Humanist psychology and systemic organisational development.

Managing partner of the consulting agency Kommunikations Kontor since 1984. Specialised in communication consulting, social marketing & social management, time, stress and self-management, coaching, creativity, target finding processes and vision development, plus team and organisation development.
Regular trips to Thailand, Burma and Cambodia to lead seminars and workshops. Increased activities in India and Morocco since 1996.
