We live at a time during which people feel a growing need to go out and make change, instead of staying at home and looking at the world from the outside. Active citizens want to live their ideas and visions. To support these active citizens, we urgently need people who host, facilitate, moderate, support, inspire, guide and empower others during critical innovation phases or visionary development processes.
Within the Erasmus+ Project „Hosting Social Innovation“ we are launching a pilot program that will bolster those important hosting competencies.
-learn how to guide groups of people to find creative, new solutions
-experience transformative innovation methods & tools and learn how to apply them
-find out how to involve people in social innovations and raise awareness for collective challenges
-learn how to overcome obstacles and critical points within an innovation process
-facilitate innovation sessions yourself and get ideas and feedback for improvement
-learn how to refresh your own thinking and make your organization, team or classroom a more flexible, solution-oriented, agile place
-get to know different perspectives on social innovation from the group of international facilitators and practitioners
As a Certified Innovation Host you will gain knowledge and the hosting skills to empower people. With you as their host, they can create and influence their social and ecological environment more actively!
The target group of this training is primarily people who already work as facilitators/leaders with different groups and/or different topics (e.g. teachers, moderators, consultants, trainers, managers…), who want to add competencies regarding hosting (social) innovation to their personal or professional portfolio. This workshop is for people who...
… aim to be quick and effective problem solvers.
… want to implement an innovation attitude in their organization.
… dare to face challenges that cannot be solved by traditional approaches.
… help their learners to think out of the box.
… want to live a wide awake lifestyle of creativity and curiosity.
The training program consists of two parts and will be in English language:
Price for the materials, lodging, full board and tax (for the whole 2x5day-training): € 880,00 (€ 810,00 early bird price if you register by the 15th of July 2016).
Scholarships to cover travel costs available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Training fees: On a voluntary basis, you pay what the training is worth to you. Your contribution will help us to continue our work and to print a workbook after the training.
Please fill in this survey, so we know a little more about you :-)
