“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs. Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and then go do that. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” Howard Thurman
What makes me come alive is the question this workshop invites you to ask yourself in a light-hearted, daring and creative way. The workshop begins with a little spiritual inspiration on the subject of transformation and change in religion and spirituality (birth, death, enlightenment, awakening, metanoia and change). A walking meditation in a nearby park or cemetery will set our thoughts in motion. And who knows? Perhaps a place like the cemetery will put you in touch with the very essence of your liveliness.
