Born and raised in Latin America, I studied economics, politics, sociology and philosophy in Heidelberg, Constance and Boston.
Searching for the soul and the driving forces of the present: where are the roots of the exciting times we live in and where are they taking us? What can we do to make it a good century for my three children, with whom we live near Lake Constance?
Following years of work in process consulting and organisation development, especially for the public and non-profit sector, I went back to university and the world of research, lecturing Procedural Politics at the Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen.
Since 2008, project leader at the TU Berlin Center for Technology and Society, where we coach innovative teams and research groups (including the visionauts!).
A passionate developer and imparter of procedural competence, particularly in the context of Procedere – a research and development association for procedural practice in politics, industry and society (www.procedere.org).
Developer of the Meta Matching Method, a training and consulting process to find and adapt the best cooperative processes. Actively working for a better world as head of the Leaders Integrity Foundation (Switzerland), supporting managers in ethical dilemmas related to their business..
